Global footballing superstar Luis Suarez has reportedly been told he can leave Spanish giants Barcelona – and it’s had cheeky Rangers fans begging for him to come to Ibrox.
New Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman has reportedly told Suarez and a host of other stars they’re free to leave as Los Cules plan a much-needed revamp of their squad.

Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets are just three of the other names reportedly being told they can move on this season.
Rangers manager Steven Gerrard is known to be a very close friend of the Uruguayan forward from their Liverpool days with ambitious Gers fans joking that this could sway him on a move to Scotland.
Now 33, the striker has reportedly been told in no uncertain terms that he has played his final game for Barcelona [RAC1].
It’s naturally had teams across the continent put on red alert with Suarez even tipped to potentially make a return to the English Premier League.
But as reports persist around Gers striker Alfredo Morelos and a move to Ligue 1 side Lille Ibrox fans are holding out hope that Stevie G can work his magic with the striker.

Whilst it’s important to stress that there is absolutely nothing to substantiate these claims cheeky Rangers fans are having a laugh with the notion the Barca forward could wind up at Ibrox.
There could be one major stumbling block though – the player’s wages.
According to the Daily Mail, Suarez currently earns £290,000 per week in wages on a deal which doesn’t expire until June 30, 2021.
