Celtic star caught out with 10IAR claims after Rangers fans source old clip

Celtic star Leigh Griffiths has been forced to delete any 10IAR tweets after Rangers fans caught him out for comments made about Celtic fans celebrating the achievement prematurely.

The controversial Celtic striker has certainly given out plenty over the last few years and he didn’t take too kindly to Rangers fans ribbing him as premature claims of his own resurfaced.

The entire thing centres around comments Griffiths had made in the press, where he claimed fans felt it was a “foregone conclusion” they’d win the trophy [Times].

RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.

Apparently, so did he.

The legendary Kerrydale Meltdown picked up on an old video where Griffiths claimed “I’m here for 10 so that’s a start” when he signed a new contract in September 2018.

The striker would then delete the associated Tweet and then delete any other mention of the fabled term from his account to save the embarrassment of Rangers fans digging them up.

Rangers fans have taken to trawling the internet and sourcing historic comments from outspoken players and fans who boasted about 10IAR before they even won it.

Twitter is awash with hilarious videos of entire crowds singing about a trophy they hadn’t even won or the comments similar to those of Leigh Griffiths.

Some fans would also report on Twitter that the embarrassed forward would go on a blocking campaign as he counts the cost of all the goading and premature celebrating.
