Barry Ferguson - Alfredo Morelos is Rangers' "talisman"

Former Rangers captain Barry Ferguson had said that Alfredo Morelos can be the difference maker against Kilmarnock, describing him as the club’s “talisman”.
Alfredo Morelos has been suspended for Rangers last two matches. It’s unsurprising that these two games have ended in stalemates.
Morelos is the Gers’ top man in front of goal and Barry Ferguson believes that the team is “totally different” without him.

“I’m not saying one player makes a team but he is massive to Rangers,” Ferguson told PLZ Soccer. “For me, he is the talisman, he is the main man.”
“He scores goals, the way that Rangers play when he is in the team is totally different when he is not in the team.”
Looking forward to the match against Kilmarnock, Ferguson spoke about the need to get Morelos back on the pitch. Without him, Rangers look bereft of creativity in the final third.

“It’s a big one that he is back in against Kilmarnock,” said Ferguson. “He’ll make a hell lot of difference.”
Rangers legend Barry Ferguson MBE should know about making a difference at Ibrox. The former Gers midfielder played almost 500 times for the Light Blues lifting 15 trophies.

He won the Scottish Football Writers Footballer of the Year award twice (99/00, 02/03) and Scottish Players’ Player of the Year award once (02/03).

How our midfield could use a player with the talent of Barry now. Ferguson wasn’t just good, but he was also never scared to take responsibility for the team.
Is that something Alfredo Morelos must now do at Ibrox?
