Former Rangers manager Barry Ferguson has continued to keep tabs on the goings on at Ibrox and wishes the club the best.
Lawrence Shankland‘s arrival has been the marquee signing of the summer, and he has been joined by his manager at Hearts at Ibrox.
Derek McInnes managed to get the best out of Shankland at Tynecastle and will be aiming to do the same with him at Rangers as well.

Ferguson is delighted by the fact that McInnes will be in charge of the Ibrox outfit going into the new season.
It seemed that Danny Rohl was set to stay in position as manager, but interest from RB Salzburg saw the German leave.
The Light Blues moved quickly to bring McInnes to the club from Hearts, something which has been welcomed by the fans and the former players alike.
In his view, the 54-year-old is the right man for the job, and it has taken the club over 800 games to make the appointment.

“Del played for the club and knows exactly what will be expected of him and his team.

McInnes has joined a new agency following Rangers appointment
Despite completing his move to Ibrox, McInnes has made the decision to move to a new agency,
The Team, formerly known as Wasserman, took to Instagram on Thursday to announce that they had signed him with the Gers manager.
They spoke highly of the 54-year-old’s career achievements and will now be in charge of all his negotiations moving forward.
It was also revealed that his move to Ibrox was supported by them, so it seems like he had been working with them over the past few weeks at the very least.
