One of the biggest problems that Philippe Clement had to fix at Rangers was the regular absence of key players for long periods of time.
The squad availability has improved with the departures of Kemar Roofe and Ryan Jack giving the medical staff a bit more space in the treatment room at Auchenhowie straight away.
Not so much injury prone, but injury jinxed, is Danilo, a player who – with a Rangers shirt on – would break a bone in a padded cell, finally, there is light at the end of the tunnel for the striker.

Danilo makes goal scoring return to Rangers training
The manager already confirmed that he expects the Brazilian back during the international break and the player has confirmed this by posting a video of himself back in action.
It might not be the most spectacular goal, but it is exactly the type of chance that Cyriel Dessers and company have been missing in recent weeks.
The Gers number 99 posted the clip with a simple “Back in business” message.
Since returning in the summer from surgery to his lateral collateral knee ligament, Danilo has seen his progress slow with Clement keen to avoid any recurrence.
All this did was fuel the flames of speculation after the 25-year old was seen swaggering into Hampden for the second leg of the Champions League qualifier against Dynamo Kyiv.
With Rangers needing a goal and Dessers out on his feet, there was still no sign of Danilo.
The end result? The Gers boss having to field questions about why Danilo was limping before the match, but still put on the bench:
“I’ve been watching him a long time. I wanted to get him to Brugge when he was in Ajax when he was not playing there and he had that walk also at that moment.
“So no one needs to worry about that. There is nothing going on with him.
“And today I wanted to put him in, that was the idea, but then the circumstances of the game where not there.
“But people will see him the next couple of weeks, they don’t need to worry about that.
“It’s just about seven months out that you need time to gain match fitness and then the right moments to get these minutes.
“It depends also from the scenarios of the game in that situation.”
Fans will have to be patient to see Danilo back to his best
Clement won’t throw Danilo, who signed for a reported £6m, straight into the starting XI on the other side of the international break given his interrupted season.
Not being named in the Europa League squad might do Danilo a favour though with Dessers almost certain to lead the line in mid-week.
Vaclav Cerny and Danilo have paired up successfully together in the past and players like Ianis Hagi and Nedim Bajrami love nothing better than to pick out runs in behind defences.
He might get slightly more attention than he got in this clip, but it is his ability to find the back of the net that makes it a welcome sight, nonetheless.
