Rangers youth striker Andrew Dallas says he is ready to prove he has what it takes after moving to Morton on loan until June.
The 19 year old striker has been on fire for the young Gers this season. Now he is hoping to transfer that reserve form into first team matches at Morton.
Speaking to The Greenock Telegraph on the back page of today’s edition, Dallas seemed excited about the move.

“It’s a good chance for me to show what I’m really made of,” explains Dallas. “I feel this is really what I need at this stage of my career. I need to prove myself in first team football.”

Dallas targeting promotion playoffs for Morton

The move to Championship Morton won’t be Andrew Dallas’ first foray into first team football. The youngster helped League Two Stenhousemuir to promotion through the playoffs last season.
The Scotland youth striker scored three goals in nine games as Stenny beat Queen’s Park and Peterhead en route to the promotion.
He’s hoping to achieve the same with Morton.
“There are a good few games left to play and I want to get us up the league and hopefully into the playoff spots,” said Dallas. “You never know where it can take you.”

Dallas also commented on joining up with former Rangers player and coach Jonaton Johansson, who manages Morton.
He describes JJ as having a “positive attitude” and also expressed his excitement to be joining up with the former Finland striker.
Andrew Dallas will join Robby McCrorie on loan at Morton until the end of the season as both players vy for more first team opportunities.
