As is customary for UEFA events, it will take place at the organisation’s headquarters, in Nyon.
All connected with the club are sure to be glued to the draw. Steven Gerrard’s side will find out their first-round opponents, while the draw for qualifying round 2 will also be completed.
Rangers will be seeded for both rounds, and so, are set to avoid some big names such as Wolves and Espanyol [
Scottish Sun].
Should they progress through the first two stages, though, they will no longer be afforded that protection.
Expectations have undoubtedly been raised after an excellent showing in the competition in 2018.
