Former Rangers defender Alan Hutton has lauded Fashion Sakala and his recent performances since the striker joined the club.
Hutton, who played for the Ibrox side between 2002 and 2008, was speaking to Football Insider about the African striker.

“He’s one of those players who plays at 100mph, he takes players on, he’s aggressive, he can get shots off,” states Hutton.
The African has been eager to impress in his time at the club. Although he has made fleeting contributions so far, he could be vital as the campaign stretches on.
“I like his energy and enthusiasm. He loves playing for Rangers and you can see that when he’s trying to score goals,” said Hutton.
“He has really hit the ground running and shown everyone what he’s all about.”
Sakala has been in excellent form recently and he scored his first hattrick for Rangers against Motherwell in October in a 6-1 victory.

The African was called up by Zambia for the recent World Cup qualifiers and scored his second treble in just three weeks against Mauritania as his side won 4-0.
The striker is certainly a rough diamond, but he is showing passion and determination to break into this Rangers first team and his recent performances suggest he could be key in the title race.
Meanwhile, Derek McInnes has made a major claim regarding the Rangers’ job.
