Rangers about to sign Cyriel Dessers from Cremonese
That Rangers are about to sign Cyriel Dessers in the summer transfer window is very exciting and encouraging for the Ibrox faithful.
Romano is one of the best transfer insiders out there, and based on his tweet, it seems that it is only a matter of time before Rangers complete the recruitment of Dessers.

The 28-year-old is a good striker who has scored one goal in four international appearances for Nigeria.
Last season, Dessers made 19 starts and seven substitute appearances in Serie A for Cremonese.
The striker scored six goals and gave two assists in those matches.
Rangers are very smart in getting new players in early so that they can work the entire pre-season with manager Michael Beale and get ready for the new campaign.
