Rangers defender Filip Helander is back in full training as the £3m Swedish international is set to return from a 3-month lay-off.
The big defender picked up a particularly rare foot injury in the Betfred Cup Final defeat to Celtic in December.
He has been sorely missed as a calamity of defensive errors have all but surrendered the other two trophies to our rivals.

Steven Gerrard said that he needed the big defender back as soon as possible after Nikola Katic fluffed his lines in the draw against St. Johnstone.
It’s created this impression that Helander is one of the great hopes of transforming our woeful domestic form around.
Yet the big defender’s return may come a little too late with Rangers toiling domestically and the club already 13 points off Celtic.
Steven Gerrard has also warned that he needs time to build his fitness.

“Helander is back in full training today, his first session back, which is positive news for us,” said Gerrard [Rangers].
“It’s too soon for Helander [Ross County], for obvious reasons.
“That’s 12 weeks now since he’s been out with that serious injury so he’s going to need some time on the training pitch to build hit fitness levels up and get his feeling back.
“But we want him back available as quick as we can so we’ll analyse how he looks in training over the next four, five days and make a decision from there”.
Let’s hope the big Swede can come back into the team and help inspire a transformation in our defensive performances.
But as far as salvaging our domestic season goesthe £3m defender will do very well to turn around a collapse on home soil which has seen Rangers drop points in five league matches and exit the Scottish Cup to Hearts.
Helander is looking more and more like a considerable miss to this squad and his absence a big contributor as to why this campaign has all-but-collapsed in six weeks.
