Rangers are preparing to face off against Olympiacos in the Europa League as Philippe Clement looks to guide the Gers to progression in the competition.
The Gers have won two of their opening three Europa League group stage matches, overcoming Malmo and FCSB but losing to Ligue 1 giants Lyon at home.
Next up is a trip to Greece to face Olympiacos, who have enjoyed a similar start to Rangers with wins against Braga and Malmo coming after an opening day defeat to Lyon.
Here we look at the three danger men for the Greek side ahead of the Europa League clash in Piraeus.
Rodinei
As Rangers begin to phase out a marauding right-back with an eye for goal at Ibrox in James Tavernier, they’re about to meet one in Greece in Olympiacos wing-back Rodinei.
The Brazilian defender, 32, is very much a player in the mould of the Rangers captain but the two couldn’t be having more different seasons.
Rodinei has been a revelation for Olympiacos this campaign and has four assists and two goals from the position, including an assist in the Europa League win over Malmo.
A flying right-back who has been Olympiacos’s top performer so far this season, Rangers will need to get to grips with Rodinei if they stand any chance of success in Greece.
Ayoub El Kaabi
Ayoub El Kaabi is the Olympiacos danger man and a striker on red hot form as Rangers jet out to Greece on Europa League duties.
The hitman already has three goals in the competition this season, netting the winner in the last round’s 1-0 victory over Malmo and a double in the 3-0 blitz against Braga.
Scoring nine goals in total this campaign, the 31-year-old Moroccan striker is a seasoned campaigner who knows where the back of the net is.
If Rangers can keep El Kaabi quiet, then they could potentially keep Olympiacos at bay with the prolific hitman only now making his name in European football.
Gelson Martins
Rangers fans might recognise the name Gelson Martins from the Portuguese winger’s time in Spain with Atlético Madrid.
The 29-year-old worked under Diego Simeone in Spain after breaking through at Sporting Lisbon in his native homeland.
But the Portugal winger will be even more familiar to Rangers manager Philippe Clement, with Gelson Martins playing under the Belgian during their time with AS Monaco.
Having moved to Olympiacos from France this summer, Martins has started life brightly in Greece, producing two assists on Europa League duties to date.
A pacey winger with end product to boot, Rangers will need to get to grips with Martins if they are to get out of Greece with the points.
