Rangers v Hibs is a fixture that always throws up a competitive contest and we’re expecting no different as the Hibees visit Glasgow this week.
The Gers are a team reinvigorated after dismantling Hearts at Ibrox in a 5-0 drubbing the likes of which have been alien so far this season.
With the distraction of the winter break and the rearranged Old Firm derby clearly stuttering a Rangers side in the first four games after the restart, fans are hoping it was a sign of things to come.
Hibs travel to Ibrox in poor form having only one win in their last six and Rangers will be hoping to take full advantage on the pressure on Sean Maloney at Ibrox.
If Rangers apply themselves like they did against Hearts then they quite simply will have too much for Hibs but the players will be well aware of the potentially bruising nature of this clash.
It is up to Rangers to impose their style on this match and we are backing van Bronckhorst to make only one change v Hibs at Ibrox with a game against Annan on the horizon.
At the back, we reckon the same back five in Allan McGregor, James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Leon Balogun and Calvin Bassey will continue.
As Borna Barisic licks his wounds, a moment out of the spotlight is essential with the left-back slot now Bassey’s to lose.

In midfield, Ryan Jack played 70 minutes against Hearts and once again impressed but we reckon rotation will be important with Glen Kamara coming back in alongside John Lundstram.
We’re then backing Joe Aribo to start in front of them with Scott Arfield leading that press on the wings and Ryan Kent retaining his space on the left.
The man of the moment Alfredo Morelos is a shoo-in to start up top.
This is the team we’re backing to start v Hibs and let’s hope it’s another top performance from Rangers as we look to rebuild momentum after a difficult few weeks.
