Rangers v Aberdeen is one of those games you mark down in the Scottish Premiership calendar and as the Ibrox side head to Pittodrie, Connor Goldson could be coming with them.
The Gers support don’t exactly see eye-to-eye with their Dons counterparts and the clash is always something of a feisty affair on and off the pitch.

But as Michael Beale looks to make it two wins from his opening two games in charge at Ibrox, attention is quickly turning to who the Ibrox manager might include in his match day XI.
Rangers are currently a side decimated by several high profile injuries but as the days and weeks pass several first-teamers are edging back to full fitness.
Amongst them include centre-back duo Connor Goldson and Ben Davies, who are probably the club’s first choice pairing when both are fully fit.
Davies, a £4m summer signing from Liverpool, has toiled to regain consistent fitness since joining whilst the absence of near ever-present Connor Goldson has been heavily felt by the side.
Heading into the game, Michael Beale was glowing regarding his vice-captain but has repeatedly insisted the club will take it slow bringing him back into the side. That probably means the Rangers star starts on the bench v Aberdeen.
Having come off the bench v Hibs however, we’re backing Ben Davies to start at centre-back, with James Sands alongside him and James Tavernier, Adam Devine and Allan McGregor completing a back five.
In midfielder, we expect to see Glen Kamara, Ryan Jack and John Lundstram with Ryan Kent, Alfredo Morelos and Malik Tillman completing the front three.
