Supporters have responded after the Rangers starting XI was confirmed for Sunday afternoon’s Premiership fixture against Aberdeen [Rangers FC Twitter].
The two sides are going head to head in a 3pm kick-off at Pittodrie and with Celtic not in action until Monday night, the Gers have an opportunity to stretch their lead at the top of the table to a whopping 22 points.

Steven Gerrard got the better of Derek McInnes in their two previous meetings this season, with Rangers triumphing 1-0 in Aberdeen on the opening day and 4-0 at Ibrox in November.
The Gers are without Kemar Roofe, Ryan Jack and Scott Arfield due to injury, but the hosts are also understrength, with the terms of Ross McCrorie’s loan deal ensuring he is ineligible.
The Light Blues manager has only made one change to the side that triumphed in last weekend’s Old Firm.
Allan McGregor retains his place in goal, while James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Leon Balogun and Borna Barisic make up the back four.
In midfield, Steven Davis will act as the anchor, with Joe Aribo and Glen Kamara operating on either side of him.
Then, in the final third, Ianis Hagi replaces the injured Roofe, while Alfredo Morelos leads the line and Ryan Kent provides support from the left.

Will this team be strong enough to secure all three points?

In the build-up to the game, Steven Gerrard provided an intriguing transfer update after a quiet start to the January window at Ibrox.
