Rangers fans raise Cyriel Dessers v Hamza Igamane question
Heading into the match all the talk was about who should start up front for Rangers against Athletic Club in Spain.
Cyriel Dessers has led the line for Rangers for the bulk of the Europa League campaign but it’s on the European stage that Hamza Igamane has also showed his class.
Ferguson hinted that Dessers would get the nod in the pre-match and so it has come to fruition but some Rangers fans have raised eyebrows.
One fan suggested that ‘Igamane should be starting over Dessers’ whilst one frustrated fan asked ‘what does Igamane need to do to start?’
One said that the young Moroccan ‘must be raging’ after the Nigerian got the nod.
But when all is said and one, it’s Cyriel who will lead the line for Rangers and whilst some fans are disgruntled, the big striker has come up big in Europe for the club before.
With kick off fast approaching, one fan sent a message we can all get behind.
