Rangers fans may need to wait to see new signing Nicolas Raskin at Ibrox with the player still without international clearance heading into the clash with Ross County.
The 21-year-old Belgian midfielder joined the Gers from Standard Liege on a reported £1.75m deal on Deadline Day and took in the 3-0 win over Hearts from the Tynecastle stands.

But with Nicolas Raskin himself itching to get out on the pitch, Rangers manager Michael Beale has revealed that the player is still awaiting official confirmation of a clearance ahead of the clash with Ross County.
Nicolas Raskin a Ross County doubt
Recognising the backlog due to the array of transfers completed across the UK, the situation means Rangers fans may need to wait to see their new man turn out for the club.
“Hopefully that will come through [clearance], I know they’ve got a back log,” said Michael Beale [Rangers].
“So, hopefully a few nagging emails and they’ll push that to the front because obviously after the transfer window there is quite a few players coming in.
“He is an exciting one to have, we’ve got him forever – not just Saturday – so I know that people will be desperate to watch him but a little bit like Todd we’ve got to respect that we’ve already got a good team and they’ve got to come in and earn their way to play in it as well.”
Should the player get international clearance, then the clash with Ross County represents the perfect chance to Nicolas Raskin to make his Rangers debut.
In front of a bumper home crowd in the midst of strong form at Ibrox, Rangers will be hoping to go out and lay down an impressive marker at the weekend and fans will hope to see the Belgian involved in some capacity.
Although Nicolas Raskin wasn’t involved v Hearts, the player’s presence in the squad certainly appeared to light a fire under a few.
