Rangers midfielder Ryan Jack plays an hour for Scotland but Celtic captain Callum McGregor is rested in a 2-2 draw with Austria.
The Gers star, 30, made his first start for the Scotland national team since the Nations League clash with Israel in November 2020.

This follows on from Ryan Jack getting 13 minutes in the 1-1 draw with Poland, where he replaced his Celtic counterpart Callum McGregor.
Club Brugge defender Jack Hendry had put Scotland in front at half-time before John McGinn doubled the nation’s lead after the restart.
Michael Gregoritsch and Alessandro Schopf then hauled Austria back into the game with two late goals in the Vienna friendly.
Ryan Jack plays for Scotland as Callum McGregor rested ahead of Rangers Celtic clash
Rangers fans will be hoping that Jack’s involvement in the clash doesn’t impact his availability for the match whilst Celtic fans will be buoyed regarding Callum McGregor’s absence.
Both players are hugely influential for their respective sides and showed that even in the most recent Old Firm derby.
Ryan Jack was the best player on the pitch after being introduced at halftime whilst Callum McGregor played a huge role in Celtic going into the break 3-0 up.
Now the Celtic captain, not so long ago was McGregor being linked with a speculative £25m move to the Premier League and Leicester City.

If both players are fit enough to start then there is no doubt that they will and Rangers will be hoping their influential man in the middle comes through the game unscathed.
Jack was the only Rangers player involved on the night and attention will now quickly turn to the Scottish Premiership showdown in Govan this weekend.
Meanwhile, Rangers have also been buoyed by the news that another key Ibrox midfielder is fit and firing ahead of the clash with Celtic.
