There seems to be no end to the success for Rangers’s development system at the minute.
The second sting are flying high at the top of the SPFL Reserve league and players like Zak Rudden and Robby McCrorie are enjoying successful spells away on loan.

Yet, the success continues down to age group level.
Four young Gers recently started for Scotland U19s in an impressive draw against Spain.
Furthermore, just last week, the U17 side
pulled off a remarkable triumph in Qatar.
They became the first British club to win the prestigious Alkass International Cup. Kai Kennedy scored the winning penalty in the final, and was promptly announced as player of the tournament.
Now, there has been further individual success for age group players, some of whom were part of that cup winning squad.
Jay Hogarth, Adam Devine, Leon King, Cole McKinnon and Arron Lyall, have all been selected for Scotland U16s.

They are all due to take part in a UEFA Development Tournament in Malta, from 4-8 March.
Fixtures are scheduled against Denmark, Albania and the host nation.

What an achievement for so many young Gers to achieve international recognition.
It’s clear that there is an abundance of talent coming through the system, and who’s to say there isn’t a future Rangers first team star in there.
