A West Ham fan has gone viral on social media platform TikTok for claiming he wants to meet Rangers in the Europa League Final – landing a dig on Celtic in the process.
Both clubs are still some way away from making the Final in Seville come May but it hasn’t stopped them both dreaming at the Last 16 stage.
Speaking to an interviewer, this West Ham fan expressed his affection for the Teddy Bears and also handed a scathing review of the Celtic support and slammed what he views as disrespect.
“I’d love to see a Rangers West Ham final in Seville, it’d be great,” said the Hammers fan.
“I love Rangers myself, I don’t know the history like you do, but they’re my Scottish team.
“(Celtic) Don’t even mention them! I’m a good English boy, British boy, I love a bit of respect between ourselves and our Scottish friends and we get that from Rangers and we don’t get it from the Celtic.”
Could West Ham fan achieve Rangers dream?
West Ham are also in the Europa League Last 16 but unlike the Gers are trailing from their first leg trip to Spain to face Sevilla.
David Moyes’ side lost out 1-0 to the Spanish giants – who are coincidentally this tournament’s most-time winners (6) – and will need a big performance in London to turn the tie.
Rangers hold an impressive 3-0 advantage over Red Star Belgrade ahead of a tough trip to Serbia and will be hoping to put in a performance to match to reach the Quarter Finals.

If the Ibrox club can do so, then they’ll reach this stage for the first time since 2008 when Rangers went all the way to the final against Zenit St Petersburg.
This West Ham fan isn’t the only person connected to the London side who wants to draw Rangers in the Europa League either.
