The decision to send Greg Stewart out alongside Steven Gerrard for press conference duties on Friday morning, suggests the attacker could land a rare Rangers start against Accies.
The Gers travel to the Fountain of Youth Stadium for an early kick-off in the Scottish Cup Fifth Round on Saturday afternoon, and the manager certainly won’t be taking the opponents lightly.
As quoted by Rangers FC Twitter, Steven Gerrard said he wouldn’t make wholesale changes to his team.

However, with this the seventh game for his side in a three week period, some alterations will be made.
Given that Greg Stewart was sat alongside the Gers boss, he could be one of those to benefit.
The 29-year-old had been out injured during the opening weeks of 2020 and has only made five previous starts in Light Blue.
However, he looked lively after coming off the bench in the final stages against Hibs on Wednesday and has contributed in the past, scoring three goals and registering four assists since joining in the summer.

Rangers fans have called for Stewart to be given more chances on multiple occasions this season, and it looks as though a big one is coming his way on Saturday.
On a smaller and artificial surface at Hamilton, the opposition will set up to be hard to break down, but the ex-Birmingham City man will hope he can provide the way through.
