McCrorie has had a good time of it since joining in January, registering three clean sheets.

On the opposition, Zak Rudden lead the line for the visitors.

Rudden was recently described by Rangers loan manager, Billy Kirkwood, as deserving of a ’10/10′ for his performances this season.

Greg Kiltie opened the scoring for Morton, but then came a head to head between two of the loanees.

Paul Dixon whipped the ball into the area and Zak Rudden rose to meet the cross.

As Bairns fans will be accustomed to by now, the teenager’s finish was emphatic.

He despatched a header from close range, into the top left corner.

For only the fourth time in six appearances, the Scotland U21 stopper was beaten.

Unfortunately, Andrew Dallas had to wait until the 88th minute to be introduced and was unable to make an impact.

Once again, it was a crucial contribution from Rudden as Falkirk fight to beat the drop to League One.

He also secured bragging rights over his fellow Ger!
