Over the weekend, two Rangers loanees went head-to-head in Scottish League One.
Jamie Barjonas lined up for Raith Rovers against Jordan Houston, who was turning out for Airdriedonians.

Both players joined these adopted sides recently, in the search for exposure to senior football.
After a fairly unsuccessful stint at Bury earlier in the season, 20-year-old
He scored a screamer on his debut, too.
However, around that time, 19-year-old Houston, was making his senior bow for the Gers.
He came on for Daniel Candeias, in the closing stages of the 3-1 Scottish Cup victory, away at Cowdenbeath.

It wasn’t until late last month, that Houston made the switch to The Diamonds.
On Saturday, though, it was the elder, more settled loanee, who came out on top.
In the 74th minute, latching on to a flick on, Barjonas got in behind the visitor’s defence.
From the left side of the area, he fired a low cross right into the path of Grant Gillespie, who applied the finishing touches.
Three points and some considerable bragging rights were subsequently secured.
Encouragingly, both players also saw out the 90 minutes as they looked to prove they can operate successfully in league football.
