According to social media account RFC Youth Updates, three players who look to be on their way out of Ibrox, were involved in a development team fixture on Saturday.
Glenn Middleton, Ryan Hardie, and Jason Holt were all named on the bench.
It’s unclear if either of the three players saw any action, as they continue to be stuck in limbo.
Glenn Middleton
The promising 19-year-old winger made a big impact with the senior team over the first half of last season. However, he found his opportunities limited following the winter break. It had looked as though he was off on loan to EFL League One club Doncaster Rovers [Daily Record]. Yet, the departure of Donny manager Grant McCann means the move is yet to be finalised.

Ryan Hardie
After multiple loan spells away from Ibrox, it looks as though Hardie’s time as a Ger may be up. He scored seven times for Livingston last season, which hasn’t proven enough to force his way into the reckoning. Last week, The Sun journalist, Alan Nixon, claimed Blackpool were looking to secure a move for the 6ft 2″ striker.
Jason Holt
Holt is another who looks on his way out. Just as with Middleton and Hardie, he was left out of the travelling squad for the pre-season trip to the Algarve. Now, it’s suggested that his former Gers manager, Mark Warburton, is keen to take him to QPR.

The Gers XI won the fixture against 2-1 against Stirling Albion, courtesy of a brace from Dapo Mebude.
