St Johnstone forward Matty Kennedy, as quoted by the Scottish Sun, has admitted he believes Alfredo Morelos is the best striker in Scottish football.
The Saints travel to Ibrox on Saturday afternoon. However, with El Buffalo serving the second of a three-match ban for violent conduct, he will miss the game.

It’s a big blow for the Gers and a boost for the visitors.
“Allan McGregor and Alfredo Morelos have been Rangers’ best two players this season”, said Kennedy, as quoted by the Scottish Sun.
“Morelos, for me, is the best striker in the league. His record says that.”
“Morelos is their star man. He was the difference when we lost in Perth.”
“His two finishes were great. The second one to win it late on was just unbelievable.”

Clearly, the 24-year-old is a big fan of the Rangers man’s work. Rightly so, as the Colombian has taken his level up a notch or two this season.
The Gers would do well to be wary of the threat Kennedy himself poses, though.
After Morelos, he was probably the second best player on the pitch during that 2-1 away win in December.

He scored the goal for the hosts and ran himself into the ground before being substituted in the closing stages.
Whether he starts on the flank or through the middle, he’s the opposition player the Gers centre-backs should be most concerned about.
