No sooner had Nicolas Raskin admitted that he moved to Rangers as a stepping stone to bigger things than fans were reminding him of his form this season.
A reminder that he can still be influencial was seen against St Mirren when he popped up with an assist and was a deflection away from his first goal of the season too.
However, writing on X, the Four Lads Had a Dream blog was leading the criticism of the timing of Nicolas Raskin’s comments about leaving Rangers on RTBF.

The consensus seems to be that the Belgian Under-21 international needs to produce the level of performance that he did against St Mirren more often and on a consistent basis.
A sentiment echoed by the Four Lads blog:
“With regards to Raskin ‘Having a plan in his head’.
“No issues with any player having aspirations to be the best & play in top leagues.
“Become a winner here first however, start being a 9/10 every week then aim for everything else.”
Stevie Clifford, the man behind the blog, left readers in no doubt as to what he thought by the colourful way he signed off his post.
He has a point though.
Nicolas Raskin hasn’t been good enough for Rangers this season.
The shoots of recovery are there but one swallow doesn’t make a swift and all that.
What is evident, is that Raskin is a lot more productive when he isn’t restricted by a tactical plan that sees him spend all off his time behind the ball.
Hopefully, the new manager will see him for what he is good at, and give him the opportunity to get the 9/10 ratings that Clifford is demanding.
