Rangers have announced that they are offering a voucher to fans rather than a partial refund of season-tickets should the Premiership season be cut short amid the global health crisis [Rangers.co.uk].
The Gers have a handful of home league games remaining in their campaign, but with the SPFL already successfully bringing the Championship, League One and League Two seasons to a conclusion, it looks unlikely those fixtures will be fulfilled.

Doubt has been lingering over the remaining fixtures for some time, as has the question of whether or not clubs would offer partial refunds to the season ticket-holding fans set to miss out.
Late last month, after their relegation from the second-tier was confirmed, Partick Thistle committed to refunding supporters for their five scheduled home games that would no longer take place.
However, they simultaneously encouraged those who weren’t in financial difficulty to refrain from claiming the refund [Ptfc.co.uk]
The Gers haven’t felt compelled to go down a similar route, and have instead offered season ticket holders a £25 voucher.

In a message on the club website, Stewart Robertson described the voucher as a ‘reward’ for ‘unstinting loyalty to Rangers’ and it can be used when purchasing a MYGERS membership, match tickets, hospitality packages, soccer school programmes, RTV subscriptions and stadium tours.
The move has met with a mixed reception on social media.
Some Bears are happy to take a financial hit to help the club during such unprecedented times, while others view it as an unsatisfactory offer and are disappointed that they were not consulted in advance.
