On Monday afternoon, Rangers confirmed the broadcast arrangements for Thursday night’s crunch clash with Legia Warsaw.
BT Sport have exclusive rights to showing the Europa League proper for the 2019/20 season [BT.com], but those rights do not extend to qualifiers.
Rangers make broadcasting announcement
Therefore, RangersTV will once again be the only place to watch the tie live. That is, of course, unless you’ve managed to get your hands on a ticket.
The game is available to RangersTV Unlimited subscribers for no extra charge, or via Pay Per View for £9.99 for all others.
Poland is the only country where Bears cannot access RangersTV for streaming.
This news may cause frustration for some fans, though. The club was inundated with complaints last week when website issues caused them to miss the opening stages of the first leg.
Once again, the Rangers website recommends that supporters buy the PPV package as early as possible with viewer login opening an hour before kick-off. Yet, even some of those who followed the instructions last time around, ended up missing out.

Let’s hope no such problems arise this time around. The tie is finely poised and if Rangers are going to broadcast such big fixtures, they have to get it right.
As the first leg finished 0-0, there will be goals at some stage at Ibrox, with the two sides vying for a single spot in the group stages.
Borna Barisic’s free-kick away at St Mirren ensured the Gers head into the game on the back of a win, while Jaroslaw Niezgoda’s brace earned Legia a thrilling comeback win at LKS Lodz on Sunday afternoon. The victory moved Legia up to eight in the Ekstraklasa table as they continue to bounce back from a rocky start [Soccerway].

Let’s hope the Polish giants don’t bring their newly rediscovered shooting boots on the plane over to Glasgow. Stevie G’s men have come through seven games to reach this stage and need one more win to progress.
