Thursday afternoon saw the airing of the eagerly anticipated Soy Alfredo feature.
It was released in four parts, via the Rangers social media platforms.

The first part, Principio, explored El Buffalo’s first steps in football in Cerete, Colombia.
He discussed his time at Los Fumigadores and his influences, both on and off the pitch.

Then,
Familia, part 2, ventured into his family life. Success certainly hasn’t come easily for Alfredo and he covers family tragedy and his desire to look after his relations.
Furthermore, in the third section, he discussed life at Independiente Medellin, his style of play and the origin of his nickname.
Finally, Rangers were the focus of part 4. Alfredo sent a message to the club’s fans, talked all things Ibrox and about getting the club back to the top.

It was an in-depth look at the man behind the goals. Morelos has often been vilified by the media and is unpopular with opposition fans.
Yet, this showed the softer side to the 22-year-old.
There’s never been any doubt about his popularity with the Rangers fans. Based on his comments in the mini-doc, the feeling is mutual.

Plenty of Bears shared their thoughts on the feature, particularly the first section, Principio.
Here’s a selection of reactions.
