Rangers fans are split on Kyle Lafferty’s value, after Hearts slapped a £750,ooo price tag on the front-man.
After going in with a player plus cash offer, Rangers saw their bid knocked back. That player was Lee Wallace, but the Jambos still refused to budge despite being offered their former captain.

Steven Gerrard is still in the hunt for a third striker. Only Alfredo Morelos and Umar Sadiq are the viable forward options, and a third would be ideal. Morelos has started the season extremely well, but Gerrard wants another in there to help share the goal burden.
Lafferty would bring strong Premiership pedigree to the Gers, yet the Rangers support remain divided on how much they should shell out for their former man.
Here’s a look at what supporters had to say about the news on Twitter:

It’s clear supporters still aren’t convinced about signing up the Northern Irish international. However, there is no doubt that Lafferty would add goals to this Rangers team.
If Gerrard feels he is worth the required £750k, then it would no doubt be enough for fans to hop on board. The deal is still a long way from being complete however.
