The moment many Rangers fans have been waiting for has finally arrived.
Hummel, the club’s official kit suppliers, unveiled the 2019/20 home strip via their Twitter account on Friday afternoon.

The announcement comes after promotional material was leaked earlier in the week.
Therefore, most fans have already had a sneak peek at the new strips.
More announcements are expected to follow, as three kits were seen in the leaked material.
However, for now, it’s just the home jersey that’s ready for pre-order ahead of sales launching on 24 May.

The promo video was accompanied by an explanation from Hummel.

“The 19/20 Rangers home kit by Hummel is dedicated to the followers of Rangers FC who are more loyal and passionate than most,” read the statement on Twitter.
“That’s why we have integrated a line from the popular Rangers F.C. fan song ‘Follow, Follow’ as a part of the jersey design.”
The chosen poster boys are Scott Arfield, James Tavernier and Jermain Defoe.
Meanwhile, the video features homegrown talent, Ross McCrorie, in Defoe’s stead.
It looks as though the suppliers have done a great job, with a classic type design.

Plenty of Bears voiced their approval after the announcement:
