On Friday, Ian Ferguson, turned 51.
To mark his birthday, the RangersTV Twitter account shared an interview with the former Gers midfielder.

It was just a clip, but it was enough to show his passion for the club.
Ferguson talks Old Firm occasions, but isn’t able to pick out a favourite victory. For him, the specifics of the scoreline are almost irrelevant, it’s the winning that matters.
He moved to Rangers from St Mirren for a whopping £850,000 back in 1988. A figure which remains their record transfer fee.
Thereafter, Ferguson spent a trophy laden 12 years at Ibrox, during a period of unprecedented success.
What Steven Gerrard and the current squad would do, for a semblance of that level of success.
Ferguson wasn’t to finish his career with the club, but he did rack up over 300 appearances in the famous shirt.
Spells at Dunfermline, Northern Spirit and Central Coast Mariners were to follow. However, he will forever be associated with Rangers and the success he helped to deliver.
After the video was shared and subsequently retweeted by the main Rangers Twitter account, the praise started to flow in for ‘true blue’ Ferguson.
What a footballer. True Blue.
