Rangers fans grow impatient as they await club’s 150th year kit launch

Rangers fans are growing impatient as the club’s supporters eagerly await the launch of the Gers kit for season 21/22, which will be worn during Rangers’ 150th anniversary year.

Supporters can look forward to a season of celebrations as the club approaches this magnificent milestone but with Rangers news quiet amid Euro 2020, fans want to know more about the release.

The kits produced by Castore last season were done so in an impressively small timeframe and despite hiccups, their relationship with Rangers has been an early success.


But next season promises to be a real acid test of the manufacturer’s capabilities and Rangers fans want a flawless design and flawless delivery when it comes to the club’s retail.

Marketing and communications director James Bisgrove claimed back in April that not only were the kits befitting of the club’s 150th anniversary but an announcement could be expected around June.

“I’ve seen the kits for next year and they’re absolutely stunning,” said Bisgrove [RangersTV].

“It’s obviously our anniversary season, so that’s brought some inspiration in terms of the design of those particular kits.

“We’re really excited to launch those, probably around June. So, in time for the summer holidays, we’ll launch the home kit.”

Taking to Twitter, plenty fans have started getting antsy as they eagerly anticipate news regarding the release of probably the most hotly anticipated Rangers kit in a generation:



Rangers fans may get there wish in the coming days with James Bisgrove claiming that the kits could be released around June.

Whilst Castore have enjoyed a fruitful relationship with Rangers thus far, the Gers kit provider has also signed a deal with a leading Premier League club.
