Alfredo Morelos divides opinion in Scottish football.
That is, Rangers fans love him, all the rest can’t stand him.
Yet, the scrutiny and criticism from opposition fans seems to spur him on to better things.

Undoubtedly, he has a disciplinary problem. But this campaign, he has improved his scoring rate markedly from his first at the club. At one stage, he had netted seven in seven SPL matches for the Gers.
Therefore, even though El Buffalo’s recklessness led to two consecutive one-match bans, the fans are delighted to see him back.
It was gifs galore after the announcement on Rangers’ official twitter account.

Amongst all the excitement, there were a few who were already predicting his next suspension.

However, the overall reaction was one of delight.
Verdict:
Steven Gerrard will be delighted to welcome back his talismanic striker for the trip to Easter Road. Despite multiple suspensions, he has managed to rack up nine goals so far in the SPL, more than any other player.
Yes, he is volatile, but his involvement improves this Rangers side immensely.

Hibs’ defence managed to shut out Celtic on Sunday, but Morelos brings a different challenge to that of Edouard.
The Colombian will be fresh and raring to go, and if the Gers are to emerge with all three points, expect him to have a big hand in it.
