Saturday was an incredible day for Ryan Jack.

For many, the win signalled a potential momentum shift in Glasgow.

One thing is for certain, it has instilled new found belief into the players and supporters that this could be the year Rangers wrest back the SPL title from their biggest rivals.

After the match, Jack was showered with praise by appreciative Gers fans.

However, that isn’t the extent of the recognition received for his display.

It emerged this afternoon, that he has been included in EA Sports FIFA’s Team of the Week.

Celtic’s Scott Sinclair also takes a spot. He receives recognition for his Boxing Day hat-trick away at Aberdeen.

Also named on the 23-man list, are Chelsea’s Eden Hazard and Roberto Firmino. They feature after influential performances against Watford and Arsenal in recent days.

The illustrious company doesn’t stop their though. Jack also finds himself alongside Inter Milan’s Milan Skriniar, Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford and Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Not a bad bonus for the former Aberdeen captain.

Certainly, it’s something to brag about when the squad regroup after the winter break.
