Curtis Woodhouse has said on Twitter that Rangers should sack Michael Beale and hire former Chelsea manager Graham Potter, as the Gers suffered a defeat to Celtic in the Old Firm derby.

Rangers have suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Celtic at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership this afternoon.

It was a very bad result for the Gers, and there are doubts already whether they could be able to challenge Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title this season.

Rangers have also failed to progress to the group stage of the UEFA Champions League this season.

Rangers told to sack Michael Beale and hire Graham Potter

Former Sheffield United player Curtis Woodhouse is a Rangers fan, and he wants the Gers to get rid of Beale and bring in Graham Potter.

The pundit believes that the former Chelsea and Brighton and Hove Albion boss is the perfect manager for Rangers.

Potter is without a managerial job at the moment.

The 48-year-old Englishman was sacked as the Chelsea manager in April 2023.

It came after a poor run of results.

Potter was appointed the Chelsea boss only in September 2022.

The Englishman did extremely well when he was in charge of Brighton and Hove Albion.

Beale was appointed the Rangers manager in November 2022.
