Rangers loanee, Greg Docherty, continues to impress for Shrewsbury Town.
Over the course of the season, he has probably been the most consistent of the raft of Gers out trying to prove their worth elsewhere.
He’s playing every week, contributing regularly and is now a crucial player for his adopted side.

On Saturday, the Shrews slipped to defeat at fellow strugglers, Rochdale.
It was a bitter blow after a run of good form. Once again, though, Docherty was the player who stood up in difficult circumstances.
His 91st minute goal gave the visitors a glimmer of hope in the closing stages, while after the game, he was awarded Shrewsbury’s Man of the Match award.
Is he the answer to Rangers’ problems?
The Gers have been largely free scoring recently. However, results like the stalemate against St Johnstone and the draw at Hibs have still cropped up far too often.
Alfredo Morelos is flying up front, so it’s not his fault. Yet, when you play with a loan striker, it’s paramount that midfielders chip in with goals.
Scott Arfield has done well with six league strikes but the likes of Ryan Jack (three) and Lassana Coulibaly (one), haven’t really taken up the mantle.
£540k rated Docherty, now has six goals and seven assists in League One, as well as some memorable cup contributions.

There’s no question that Steven Gerrard needs a genuine no.10. However, while Docherty isn’t that, his return should add considerably to Rangers’ midfield goal threat.
He’s becoming a genuine box-to-box midfielder, and with plenty of games under his belt this season, he should be a real asset next campaign.
