RangersTV commentator Tom Miller has given his thoughts on Scott Arfield, on the Official Rangers Podcast.
The 30-year-old midfielder signed for the Gers from Burnley in the summer.

One of Steven Gerrard’s most used players, he’s made 42 appearances in his debut season.
He was particularly outstanding in the Old Firm win just after Christmas. However, he’s recently been deployed in a new role further up the park and has impressed Miller.
“Scott Arfield playing off the front – terrific energy,” he said on the Official Rangers Podcast.
“Four goals in the last two games. Eleven for the season – his best ever as a professional.
“So it’s one he’ll remember, and he’ll be frustrated that he lost game time due to injury, throughout the campaign. But it’s an effective shape to the team.”

Verdict
Arfield has been a revelation since moving into a more advanced role, showing real prowess in front of goal.
The Gers have been without Alfredo Morelos for the last two games, and he will serve a further two matches on the sidelines.
In his absence, Arfield’s form has been even more important.
Let’s hope a weekend off hasn’t killed his momentum, and he can get back among the goals on Saturday afternoon at Tynecastle.
