A Glenn Middleton double secured victory for Rangers as they ran riot at Ibrox yet again.
Rangers have now scored 13 goals in three games at Ibrox and have only conceded one. But it is the standard and style of play that has Rangers fans salivating.
This is a youthful, powerful and deadly Rangers, and no one summed that more up tonight that young Middleton. His two goals were testament to the work he’s been putting in and how far the young man has come in recent weeks.
Nikola Katic and Alfredo Morelos also scored as Rangers enjoyed a comfortable night under the lights.
But it’s the Middleton double which has taken the plaudits from supporters.

A bright future at Ibrox
Gerrard has done amazingly well bringing the 18-year-old into the first team. This was his first start after several impressive cameo performances. Expect Gerrard to protect the youngster and use him how he feels is best for his development.
It’s important the team aren’t selfish with him and allow the opportunity to shine away from press involvement. It’s also important to manage expectations. As a result of his increasing notoriety, the youngster could also be targeted by the opposition.
Will he start Sunday? That remains to be seen. But whatever happens, you can be sure Gerrard will do try his best to ensure Middleton fulfills his bright future at Ibrox.
