Rangers linked Amiens striker Serhou Guirassy has posted cryptically on Twitter but is allegedly en route to England after an offer from Brighton [Sky Sports].
Courier Picard reported in December that the Gers were considering a move for the former France youth international, having had him scouted earlier in the season.
Just after 1pm on Friday afternoon, the 23-year-old tweeted two hourglass emojis, suggesting news on his future was imminent, prompting pleading messages from several Bears for him to follow Ianis Hagi to Ibrox.
However, based on an update provided by Sky Sports Transfer Centre at 1:08 pm, it doesn’t look as though he’s Rangers-bound.
Instead, it’s suggested that he’s travelling to England amid interest from several clubs, including Premier League side Brighton, who are said to have tabled an offer to sign him on loan with an option to buy.

Guirassy has featured regularly in Ligue 1 this season, netting five goals and registering one assist in 17 appearances.
Yet, it seems he’s not content with battling against relegation in France and wants a taste of the British game.
While some Bears might be disappointed that it appears unlikely Rangers will be the ones to benefit, they’ll still be hopeful that another striker will be signed before the deadline.
Burnley’s Matej Vydra currently looks the favourite, with the Glasgow Times reporting earlier today that a deal is close.
