angers manager Steven Gerrard believes on-loan Liverpool winger Ryan Kent is in the “form of his life” after seeing him impress yet again in the 1-1 draw with Aberdeen yesterday.
Kent was the Gers’ best attacking outlet as they made heavy work of the Scottish Cup clash with the Dons – and it was Kent’s corner which set up the equaliser.

The Gers boss couldn’t praise the “on fire” winger enough and admitted that Kent is happy and enjoying his football.
“The kid is on fire,” Gerrard told Rangers TV.
“He’s in the form of his life, he’s enjoying his football, he’s smiling, he’s happy, and again he comes up with a number for us.”

Kent has made 34 appearances, scoring five times and chipping in with nine assists since heading north in the summer.
Gers fans would love to see the winger extend his stay at Ibrox beyond the summer as Gerrard’s side look to build on their first season together.

The Light Blues have hinted previously that they’ll look to speak to Liverpool in the summer over keeping Kent in Scotland – and a lot will depend on Jurgen Klopp’s plans.
It seems unlikely that he’ll force his way into the starting XI at Anfield any time soon but Klopp may want to give him a chance to prove himself.
If he does stay at Ibrox, it would be a fantastic bit of business for the Light Blues.
