Rangers or Progres Niederkorn will face FC Midtjylland in the third qualifying round of the Europa League after the draw was made in Nyon today.
Steven Gerrard’s side face a trip to Denmark if they can overcome Progres as they bid to reach the Europa League group stage for the second successive season.

The Gers have already disposed of St. Joseph’s 10-0 on aggregate and will face Progres in the first leg of their second qualifying round tie on Thursday night.
Rangers could have faced a number of tricky ties with the likes of Wolverhampton Wanderers, Legia Warsaw, KAA Gent and AZ Alkmaar all potential opponents before the draw was made.

With the Gers overwhelming favourites to reach the next round, they will be casting an eye on their potential next round opponents over the coming days.

If Rangers do reach the third qualifying round, the first leg will take place at the MCH Arena on August 8th with the return a week later at Ibrox.
