Rangers new boy Andy King has sent an emotional message to Leicester City fans after heading to Ibrox on a season-long loan – and Manchester United’s world-record-breaking defender Harry Maguire has been quick to send the Ibrox midfielder a good luck message.
Both players have left the King Power Stadium this summer to join the biggest clubs in England and Scotland, respectively, shortly after the arrival of former Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers.
All the best legend 💙

Maguire, who cost United a reported £80million, wished King “all the best legend” for his time at Ibrox, and he could make his first appearance for the Gers in Sunday’s League Cup clash with East Fife.
King has won the top three divisions with Leicester City, playing more than 375 times for the Foxes and is, rightly, regarded as a legend by fans and former team-mates alike.
The Welsh international will add some real competition to a midfield already containing the likes of Steven Davis, Joe Aribo and Ryan Jack and is likely to play a key role this season.

If he doesn’t make his Rangers debut at Bayview tomorrow then it’ll be interesting to see whether he’s added to the Europa League squad ahead of Thursday’s clash with Legia Warsaw.
