Rangers star's reaction to Ibrox goal has these fans buzzing

Rangers fans were delighted to see Steven Gerrard’s side come back from a goal down to beat Motherwell 3-1 on Saturday – and a clip of the Gers’ celebrations [Twitter] after Cedric Itten made it 2-1 has fans on Twitter buzzing.

Fans were ecstatic with the goal already but Connor Goldson’s celebration in particular pleased fans with the big defender clearly enjoying the turnaround.

Itten’s goal was his first at Ibrox since arriving from St. Gallen over the summer and the Swiss international scored inbetween a brace from Kemar Roofe after Callum Lang had given ‘Well the lead.

The celebrations show just how much it means to the players and fans have very quickly bought in to this group of player as a result.

Despite coming in for some misplaced criticism after the St. Mirren defeat in the League Cup, Gerrard’s squad has a real sense of togetherness around it and the players very much appear to be pulling in the same direction.

Fans on Twitter were loving the clip showing the celebrations from Itten’s goal – with Goldson’s “scream” at the end a real highlight for supporters.
