Rangers have sold an incredible 100,000 2020/21 kits as fans have flocked to buy the new Castore strip – and have announced that the new third kit will be released tomorrow.

The club confirmed the numbers on their official website as manager Steven Gerrard spoke of his amazement at the figures.

The home and away kits went on general sale last Sunday with the revamped club shop at Ibrox opening on Thursday after an extensive remodel.

“The Rangers fans never cease to amaze me,” Gerrard told the club website.


The team were being sent through pictures after our game on Thursday night, of queues the length of the stadium. That loyalty and support gives the management and team a real boost, and it is never taken for granted.”

The third kit will be available in limited number tomorrow at Ibrox before being made available for general sale online from Monday.

There have been huge queues outside of Ibrox as fans wait for their chance to get into the store and get their hands on the latest merchandise from the club and new partners Castore.

It was also confirmed that the new third kit will be work for the first time later this month when Gerrard’s side travel to take on Brian Rice’s Hamilton.
