Motherwell v Rangers: Rangers predicted XI and match preview

Motherwell v Rangers is next on the fixture list on Sunday as Rangers get ready to face a rejuvenated Steelmen side.
Fir Park hasn’t always been the happiest of venues for Rangers and Steven Gerrard’s side slipped up to a last-minute equaliser on the ground at the beginning of the season.
Since then, Rangers have walloped the Fir Park outfit at Ibrox. Rangers completely dismantled Well in a 7-1 Remembrance Sunday hammering. Gers fans will take the same again this time out.

That said, it doesn’t look very likely. Motherwell have looked like a new team since January and are full of a youthful exuberance not seen in the claret and amber of Lanarkshire for a while.
Least of all the likes of 19-year-old Jake Hastie who’s reported move to Rangers was on, then off, then back on. It now looks like it’s off the table once again [originally
Evening Times].
Another player to watch is David Turnbull, with rumours claiming he is interesting Rangers.
Steve Robinson’s side have won the last five on the bounce at Fir Park but have struggled away from home. Something they may well put down to their recent influx of youngsters.
The Rangers side is a difficult one to predict but with the likes of Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent suspended, it’ll be interesting to see how Gerrard lines up.

He, of course, won’t be able to watch from the touchline after accepting a one-game suspension. Probably just to get all this over and done with. Fans have mixed opinions on the whole thing.
Here’s how I think Rangers could lineup on Sunday.
