Rangers new boy Jordan Jones has insisted he is the “proudest man on the planet” after being unveiled at Ibrox earlier today.
The Northern Irishman has completed his switch from Kilmarnock and will join Steven Gerrard’s squad for pre-season training tomorrow.
“Honoured humbled and the proudest man on the planet to be a Rangers player,” Jones said on his personal Twitter account.
“This means more to me than anything and I will give everything I have to bring success to this club. Let’s go.”

Jones impressed in the recent international games and will be desperate to get off to a strong start as the Gers build up towards the new season.
With Europa League qualifiers first on the horizon for Steven Gerrard’s side, there won’t be long to wait for the Northern Irishman to get a chance to shine.
Jones will face a tough task to get into the side if Ryan Kent returns from Liverpool on loan, as expected, but will offer a very interesting alternative.
The winger has shown he’s more than capable of unlocking Scottish Premiership defences during his time at Killie so the opportunity to play with better players can only benefit him.
