The striker appeared dressed as The Joker with Simon Ferry, Andy Halliday, Paul Slane and Kevin Kyle as they belted out Baccara’s ‘Yes Sir, I Can Boogie’ at the 14,300-capacity arena in Glasgow.

“You’ve got to be very vigilant, you’ve got to take care in every single thing you do – not be reckless, not do things that can put yourself at risk, can put your club at risk, can put your team-mates risk and can put your place on the pitch at risk,” McPake told BBC Scotland.

RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.

“We’re struggling at the minute, in terms of injury first and foremost. We’ll dig in. It might be 11 with two subs, it might be 11 with one sub. We’ll manage to get 11 on the pitch.

“Nobody knows the answers to this. No-one’s been through this. On the whole, Scottish football’s rallied. Let’s get to the break, if it’s safe. As long as it’s safe, it has to go on.”

The Dundee boss is already without Charlie Adam, Lee Ashcroft, Shaun Byrne and Cillian Sheridan for the clash with Hearts this weekend as injuries and suspension take their toll on his side.

Cummings spent six months at Rangers on loan and was a popular figure among the Rangers support while at Ibrox in the first hlaf of 2018.

Since leaving Rangers, he’s had stints at Peterborough United, Luton Town, Shrewsbury and Dundee but has failed to consistently show the sort of form that had him in the Scotland squad.

In other news, Rangers have been given a boost as key players will be available for the crunch tie against Celtic amid AFCON worries.
