Carlos Pena is finally set to leave Rangers after agreeing a deal with Polish side GKS Tychy – according to a report.
MedioTiempo in Mexico have claimed the flop midfielder will sign for the second-tier Polish side this week.
The report claims he will leave Ibrox on a free after agreeing a deal to “rescind” his contract after 18 months with the Gers.

Loan stints with Cruz Azul – managed by Caixinha – and Necaxa didn’t amount to much and the midfielder is completely out of the picture at Ibrox.
After being signed on a sizeable deal to come to Scotland, parting ways with Pena will likely cost the Gers a few quid.

Freeing up the wages wasted on Pena will allow Steven Gerrard to add more quality to his squad in the summer.
With the Gers currently locked in a title race with Celtic, it’s money that could have probably been used last month.
Hopefully a deal is confirmed soon and Rangers are rid of the Mexican and he can try revive his career elsewhere.
