It’s Old Firm day for the final time this season and Gio van Bronckhorst has named his Rangers side to face Celtic – with the Light Blues making three changes from the midweek clash with RB Leipzig.
The Light Blues travel across Glasgow to take on their bitter rivals and secure a win that would pile the pressure on Celtic going into the final three games of the season.
With Thursday’s Europa League semi-final second leg against RB Leipzig, some fans have been calling for Gio to make wholesale changes for the Parkhead clash.
The Gers remain without Alfredo Morelos, Aaron Ramsey, Fil Helander, Ianis Hagi and Kemar Roofe through injury while Leon Balogun is suspended after his red card against Motherwell last weekend.
Veteran keeper Allan McGregor lines up in goals in what could be his Old Firm swansong with a back four of James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Calvin Bassey and Borna Barisic ahead of him.
In midfield, Steven Davis and John Lundstram will look to protect the defence and provide a base for the attacking players to build on, with Scott Arfield in a more advanced role.
Ryan Kent, Joe Aribo and Fashion Sakala make up the Light Blues front three as they aim to open the title race up going into the final three games.
