Rangers return to league action tomorrow night when they travel to face Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership – and Gers boss Steven Gerrard may have to make one or two changes to his side.

The Ibrox boss confirmed at his press conference this morning that Borna Barisic is only rated as a “50/50” chance at making the game after picking up an injury against Hamilton – while Ryan Jack is available once more.

Barisic’s likely absence would likely see Andy Halliday replace the Croatian international at left-back with Jon Flanagan looking to have torpedoed his chances after his nightmare against Hearts.

An immediate return to the starting XI for Jack seems unlikely although the Scotland international should find himself with a place on the bench at Rugby Park.

Other than that, there aren’t likely to be much in the way of change for Gerrard’s side as the Light Blues took to claw back ground on Celtic in the race for the title.

With a host of games in close succession, there’s little time for Gerrard’s side to catch their breath as the title race heats up.
